This is a very belated, but heartfelt thank you for our wonderful Wedding video! You may remember our Wedding in the garden after the morning when it rained, before the sun shone! We are absolutely delighted with the video, and feel it captures so much of the feel of the day, surpassing all our expectations. Many many thanks for your hard work, and for capturing the essence of our special day. We will treasure it forever..

***James, what can I say........... we have spent the last few days watching our DVD over and over again, laughing one minute crying the next, it is SUPERB. Exceeded our expectations beyond belief. Having you there on our special day was one of our best decisions made, we hardly knew you were there most of the time so how you managed to capture so many precious moments is a mystery. The highlights have to be our favourite bit, but the whole thing has us speechless. Thank You from the bottom of our hearts, an amazing record of our day. The video is perfect! I didn't even feel like I was 'on camera'. It is being played to death, even the music is wondefully placed. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. When will my DVD/Video be ready for collections? A. On average it takes two weeks to complete the editing process. Q. I've heard of companies leaving before the speeches were finished. A. We will never go until our contract to you is complete. Q. Will I get the same person to video my wedding that I met in your studio? A. Yes, we do not sub-contract to anyone. So you can be assured that the production you viewed is a good example of our work. Q. Can I have photographs on my Video? A. Yes, you can even put some of your childhood cinefilm at the beginning if you wish. Q. How do I know you'll get a good place to video our Wedding from? A. Simple, we attend your rehearsal with you, meet the clergy and get the best position to shoot from. This is at no extra cost. Q. What if something happens to my DVD? A. We keep all digital edit maters for three years. So you can always contact us for more copies. Q. My cousin lives in the United States, can I send her a copy? A. Yes, we can transfer a copy to NTSC so it can be played on the American system. |
