Q. When will my DVD/Video be ready for collections?
A. On average it takes two weeks to complete the editing process.
Q. I've heard of companies leaving before the speeches were finished.
A. We will never go until our contract to you is complete.
Q. Will I get the same person to video my wedding that I met in your studio?
A. Yes, we do not sub-contract to anyone. So you can be assured that the production
you viewed is a good example of our work.
Q. Can I have photographs on my Video?
A. Yes, you can even put some of your childhood cinefilm at the beginning if you wish.
Q. How do I know you'll get a good place to video our Wedding from?
A. Simple, we attend your rehearsal with you, meet the clergy and get the best position
to shoot from. This is at no extra cost.
Q. What if something happens to my DVD?
A. We keep all digital edit maters for three years. So you can always contact us for more copies.
Q. My cousin lives in the United States, can I send her a copy?
A. Yes, we can transfer a copy to NTSC so it can be played on the American system.
