TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking Fee: A booking fee of £100 is charged on signing and is
non-refundable.
Payment: Balance is due at least three (3) weeks prior to the wedding date
Copyright: Signing this contract the client agrees to assign to the videographer the
copyright of all the video material specified in the schedule. The Videographer may
use extracts for advertising purposes.
Artistic Licence: The Videographer shall be granted Artistic Licence by the client in
relation to the material used and the finished tape/DVD.
Sole Rights: The Videographer shall be the sole professional video at the venue.
Exceptions are family and friends as long as priority remains with us.
Force Majeure: The due performance of the contract us subject to alteration or
cancellation by the videographer owing to ANY cause beyond their control.
In the event of failure of the video equipment, ancillary accessories or cancellation
of the contract by the videographer.
Liability shall be limited to A FULL AND COMPLETE REFUND OF ALL
MONIES PAYED.
